Website Developer and Marketing Professional
About me: Hi, I’m Joe Pearce and I’m a freelance website developer and marketing professional specialising in CSS, HTML5, jQuery and SEO techniques.
With A Multimedia Computing Degree and over 10 years experience in web marketing and web design roles, I have worked for large school organisations, Anglia Ruskin University, and the Essex Police. In the last 3 years, I have freelanced for many clients within the building industry, and for various small business niches.
I collaborate with a team of web development and marketing experts to build small to enterprise level websites using an array of modern frameworks and platforms including WordPress and Drupal.
I have a keen interest in beer festivals and I am an ongoing member of CAMRA, joining the campaign for real ale and pubs. I enjoy Football, live music and learning web development and SEO.
Digital Marketing Professional
About me: Hello! I’m Emma Wardall, and I’m an experienced Digital Marketing Consultant who specialises in hospices, charities, and local businesses.
I’ve worked in various marketing guises since 2006 and originally focused on traditional marketing including point of sale and creative writing. I then moved into the digital marketing sector in 2014, once I had completed a Masters in Digital Marketing, run by Google.
My work spans the breadth of digital marketing, but most of my clients ask for help with brand identity, search engine rankings, social media management, and website maintenance. I also offer guidance on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which is enforceable from 25th May 2018.
I’m a bit obsessed with my work but I also enjoy reading crime and fantasy novels, dyeing my hair a variety of colours, curling up on the sofa with my cat, and singing along to rock music.
